Fitness and Nutrition

At Oxford Academy, we believe that good fitness and nutrition are key components for healthy growth and development.  A nutritional breakfast, lunch, and snack are included with each program.  These meals are catered in and based off of the state approved menu.  Physical fitness is encouraged through two 30 minutes playground sessions and various large muscle activities inside the classroom every day.  Our goal is to teach the children the importance of healthy eating and physical fitness at an early age to build a foundation that will stay with them for life.
